The current One Funnel Away curriculum is split into Expert and Ecom tracks. Both start with funnel foundations and audience/offer work, then branch into different implementation paths before returning to traffic and audience growth.
The practical breakdown
Shared foundation
The merchant curriculum begins with funnel-versus-website thinking, choosing a path, studying working funnels and offers, and developing beliefs around the offer. That shared base matters because software alone does not decide what you should sell or why someone should buy.
Expert path
The Expert curriculum is built around packaging knowledge or expertise. The current merchant page shows work on webinar-style selling, courses, membership delivery, offer slides, order forms, registration pages, webinar delivery and promotion.
Ecom path
The Ecom curriculum centers physical products. The current page shows product research and validation, a sales page, pricing, order forms, an upsell path, order confirmation and paid traffic.
Traffic and audience
Both tracks return to traffic work in the final part of the curriculum, including short-form content, paid advertising, Facebook content and the Dream 100 concept.
What the curriculum does not remove
You still have to choose a viable market, make an honest offer, implement the assignments, fund any paid traffic you choose to run and decide whether ClickFunnels remains the right software after the trial.
How to apply this
Write down the single outcome this part of the funnel must create, the visitor's current level of awareness, the information needed for the next decision, and the event you will measure. Build the smallest version that can answer those questions. Complexity should be added only when a real constraint appears.
Before launch, test the complete path on desktop and mobile, including forms, checkout or booking steps, emails, analytics events, redirects, and confirmation. A page that looks polished but breaks at the handoff is not finished.
Use a decision rule, not a template rule
Borrowing a proven layout can save production time, but the sequence still has to match the offer. Ask whether the reader needs more clarity, more evidence, lower friction, a different next step, or simply more time. Choose the page, message or tool that solves that specific problem.

One Funnel Away currently offers Expert and Ecom tracks and uses ClickFunnels during the implementation. Read our review for fit and tradeoffs, then confirm the live merchant terms.
Mistakes that make the funnel harder to trust
- Adding pages because a template pack includes them rather than because the buyer needs them.
- Changing the promise between the traffic source and landing page.
- Using recurring charges, deadlines, scarcity, testimonials or performance claims without making the material context clear.
- Collecting more personal data than the next step actually requires.
- Optimizing a local page metric while ignoring refunds, lead quality, margin, retention or customer success.
